Oddly, even though you will have bought the newly-branded ‘Advanced’ version, you actually have to go to an ‘Application’ preference in the ‘General’ tab to activate them after you’ve relaunched FileMaker. Now they are part of the standard desktop package, which has been renamed – simply – FileMaker Pro Advanced. Some vital developer tools, routines, logging and reporting, as well as scripting functionality previously came only with the ‘Advanced’ versions.
